Seminarian Frank Kohlbeck

Notes: Frank Kohlbeck was a seminarian when he allegedly abused minors. He has been accused by at least four people of child sexual abuse. The alleged abuse occurred from approximately 1981 to 1983. Frank Kohlbeck has been named in at least four civil lawsuits which allege that he sexually abused minors at St. John’s Seminary in Camarillo and one more unspecified location. Frank Kohlbeck was included in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles’ list of clergy accused of sexual misconduct involving minors. In 2017, it is believed Kohlbeck was living in Orange, CA. Frank Kohlbeck’s current whereabouts and whether he has access to children are unknown.
