Notes: Fr. Michael Higgins reportedly worked as a priest in Corona, Riverside, Lake Arrowhead, and Chino during parts of the 1950s, 1960s, and 1970s. In approximately 1980, Fr. Higgins was accused of soliciting sex in a confessional. As a result, in 1982 he was sent to Servants of the Paraclete, an institution known for treating priests accused of child sexual abuse. According to the Diocese of San Diego, he was removed from the priesthood due to an allegation of misconduct. He denied the allegations and unsuccessfully attempted to sue Bishop Maher and other officials in the Diocese of San Diego. Fr. Higgins was believed to be residing in Palm Springs as of 2007.
