Notes: Fr. William Roper was a member of the Claretian religious order. Fr. Roper has been accused by at least one person of child sexual abuse. Fr. Roper has been named in one civil lawsuit alleging child sexual abuse in approximately 1968 to 1969. Fr. Roper is included on the Diocese of Gallup’s 2014 list of clerics credibly accused of abuse of minors. Fr. Roper is also included in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles’ list of priests accused of sexual misconduct involving minors. Fr. Roper’s current whereabouts, status as a priest and whether he has access to children are unknown.
