Notes: According to the Diocese of San Bernardino, Fr. Joseph Bell worked at St. Peter and St. Paul in Alta Loma, California from approximately 1985 to 1986. He allegedly sexually abused at least one minor in the 1960s to 1970s in Indiana, Kentucky, and New York. According to the Diocese of San Bernardino, the Diocese was aware of the alleged misconduct perpetrated by Fr. Bell in 1985. The conduct, however, was not reported to law enforcement until 2006. He died in 1987. Fr. Bell was included in the Diocese of San Bernardino’s list of clergy credibly accused of child sexual abuse.
