Notes: One survivor came forward alleging child sexual abuse by Fr. John Hackett in 1969 while he was working in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. Fr Hackett has been named in one civil lawsuit. Fr. Hackett’s whereabouts and whether he had access to children from 1886 until his death in 1998 are unknown.
