Notes: In February 2016, Fr. Vogt was accused of sexually abusing an altar boy for several years at Holy Rosary Church in Portland. The alleged abuse was said to have taken place over 20 years ago, in the mid-to late 1980s. The accuser claims to have told other priests about the abuse at the time; in response, they told him to obey Fr. Vogt. According to the 2017 Official Catholic Directory, Fr.
