Notes: Fr. Barry Vinyard worked as a deacon at St. Joseph in Barstow prior to being ordained a priest in 1975. A 2003 lawsuit alleged that Fr. Barry Vinyard had sexually abused a minor from 1978 to 1979 while working at Our Lady of Guadalupe in Calexico. After the lawsuit was filed, Fr. Vinyard retired and the Diocese of San Diego revoked his faculties. Fr. Vinyard was included in the Diocese of San Diego’s list of priests where the Diocese has received a credible allegation involving sexual abuse of a minor. Fr. Vinyard was believed to be residing in San Diego as of 2016. His current whereabouts and whether he has access to children are unknown.
