Notes: Br. Richard Satterthwaite is a member of the Congregation of Christian Brothers religious order. He has been accused of sexually abusing at least one person. Br. Satterthwaite was named in a civil lawsuit which alleged that he sexually abused a child in approximately 1961 at Cantwell High School in Montebello. Br. Satterthwaite was included in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles’ list of clergy accused of sexual misconduct involving minors. His clerical status, current whereabouts, and whether he has access to children are unknown.
