Reporter: Priests throughout the state will read a prepared letter from bishops to parishioners on Sunday. A letter, Attorney Raymond Boucher who represents more than 120 sexual abuse clients says, is nothing more than a shameless public relations ploy.

Ray Boucher: They’re hoping by reading this letter, they can guilt these victims into continuing to remain silent and to suffer in silence. The Church needs to be forced to confront what it has done and bring about the healing process.
