Notes: Fr. Dominic Gaioni is a member of the Society of the Divine Word religious order who worked in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles and Diocese of San Bernardino. According to the Diocese of San Bernardino, Fr. Gaioni worked at St. Catherine of Siena in Rialto from 1986 to 1992. He has been accused of sexually abusing at least two children in approximately 1977 and 1993. According to the Diocese’s records, Fr. Gaiono was suspected from ministry in 1993 and at some point permanently banned from ministry in the Diocese. The Diocese’s records further provide that despite the Diocese being aware of the allegations in 1993, they were not reported to law enforcement until 2002. Fr. Gaioni was included in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles’ list of priests accused of sexual misconduct involving minors. He was also included in the Diocese of San Bernardino’s list of clergy credibly accused of child sexual abuse. As of 2016, Fr. Gaioni was believed to be living in Pasadena, California. His current whereabouts, status as a priest, and whether he has access to children are unknown.
